The Western 56369 is a joystick controller designed for Western and Fisher straight blade snowplows. It features a 6-pin white plug for connecting to the plow's wiring harness, allowing the operator to control hydraulic functions like raising, lowering, and angling the blade from inside the vehicle. This  is specifically for "NON FLEET FLEX" Western straight blade plows and comes with mounting brackets for installation.
