Service Description

Preventive maintenance over the summer or fall is the best way to ensure your plowing operation is uninterrupted during a winter storm. Plow failures during a storm can cause extended repair wait times and lost business revenue. Book now and we will: Check your plow’s lights to make sure they’re adjusted and working properly Check over Electronics and Wiring for corrosion / broken / damaged wires. Protect your plow’s electrical connections with dielectric grease. Check your plow's wear shoes and replace if authorized. Check and tighten all fasteners on your plow and ensure there is no damaged bolts. Check Frame and structural integrity of plow and check the welds in your plow and vehicle mount for cracks. Check all hydraulic lines. Drain and replace hydraulic fluid and inspect old fluid Check all the cylinders and grease and lube all fittings / ensure there is no leaking O-rings Inspect plow cutting edge and replace if authorized. Double check compression / torsion springs Check all pins and moving parts Grease all fittings For any part replacement you will be provided a quote prior to initiating any repairs.
